In Gyrokinesis exercise (using mats rather than apparatus), we help you systematically stretch and strengthen your body by performing rhythmic and fluid yoga-based movements while sitting, lying down and standing. Special breathing patterns combine with movement to stimulate your internal organs and energy system. You’ll feel like you’ve had a simultaneous workout and massage. The Gyrotonic Method instructors have studied with Master teachers, completed apprentice teaching, and are licensed to teach Gyrotonic exercise. All Activcore instructors complete regular continuing education to maintain certification.
