Pilates Instructor
Craig completed his Pilates certification in early 2009. Craig is also a personal trainer and triathlete with a background in marketing and telecommunications. Craig loves Pilates because he always feels long and lean after workouts; it's also great cross-training for his running and cycling!
He has joined us primarily at the Westside studio and has open appointments on Tuesday and Thursday morning to mid afternoon. Also, Craig will be teaching PhysioBall drop-in classes on Tuesday mornings for the Early Birds at 7am!
