Pilates Apprentice

 
Hadley grew up on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina playing tennis,
basketball and soccer year round.  After high school she moved to Charlottesville to attend the University of Virginia and found herself with a gym membership for the first time.

Two years later, completely bored by the elliptical and treadmill routine, her mom talked her into taking a Pilates class with her over Christmas break.  Thirty minutes into her first session she was hooked!  She went back to Charlottesville and found a studio to continue taking classes.

Hadley moved to Atlanta in 2004 and started taking sessions from CORE instructor Joy Davis and hasn't stopped!  She loves the way Pilates changed and challenged her body, but also relaxed her mind.  She enjoyed the environment and people at CORE so much that last fall she decided to start her comprehensive certification with Power Pilates.
