Lily never imagined such words as arch, curl and spiraling would change her
life. She began her Gyrotonic journey in an unconventional manner.  While attending school, Lily fell in love with Gyrotonic and quickly saw changes in her own body.


After graduating with a Business Administration degree from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama she accepted a 9 to 5 office position.  Working in that environment did not fulfill her ... she wanted to do something that would make a difference in people's lives.   Continuing her private sessions, she began the training program to become a teacher.  She loves teaching and gets such enjoyment in seeing her clients succeed.
