Sue CulbersonPilates Instructor
A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Communications and Business Management, Sue has been developing and marketing toys for infants for the past 7 years. She began her personal Pilates practice in 2006, seeking to improve her posture and ease 7 years of chronic lower back pain relating to an injury. After just a few sessions, she started realizing the benefits of Pilates and loved the practice so much that in 2007 decided to begin training to become an instructor.
Sue completed her teaching program with Power Pilates in early 2009. Sue is excited to introduce the Pilates practice to anyone looking to build a stronger, happier body inside and out.
With her background as a highly competitive NCAA swimmer, Sue looks forward to working with athletes to help them realize even greater potential through the addition of Pilates to their regular training routines. She's also a fierce baker and is happy to have found that Pilates can help balance the body and the sweet tooth!
